These Terms and Conditions regulate the access, browsing, and use of the Luzmaikalo website, as well as the purchase of products offered through our online store.
By accessing this website or making a purchase, the user declares to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Refunds Policy.

The online store operates under the trade name Luzmaikalo.

2. Purpose
Luzmaikalo offers its customers an online store primarily dedicated to the commercialization of clothing, accessories, and other fashion-related products.
These Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Luzmaikalo and any person who makes a purchase through the website.
3. Scope of Sale
Currently, Luzmaikalo ships to:
- Peninsular Spain.
- Canary Islands.
At this time, we do not ship to the Balearic Islands. Shipping availability will be checked during the purchase process.
4. Capacity to Contract
To make a purchase on Luzmaikalo, the customer must be at least 18 years old and have sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts.
In the event that a purchase is made by a minor, it will be understood that they have the authorization of their parents, guardians, or legal representatives.
5. Product Information
Luzmaikalo strives for the descriptions, photographs, features, sizes, colors, and prices displayed on the website to be clear and accurate.
However, there may be slight color variations due to the screen, lighting, device used, or product manufacturing process.
The images are for illustrative purposes and aim to faithfully represent the item offered.
The customer is responsible for consulting the description, composition, size chart, and other available information before making a purchase.
6. Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability.
If after making a purchase, it is detected that a product is not available, Solaris Vogue will inform the customer as soon as possible and will offer, as appropriate:
- A full refund of the amount paid.
- A replacement with another product, only when the customer expressly accepts it.
The unavailability of a product will not entitle the customer to any additional compensation beyond the refund of the amounts paid.
7. Prices
Prices published in the store are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Luzmaikalo may modify its prices, promotions, and discounts at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
In the event of an obvious error in the price of a product, Luzmaikalo may cancel the order and fully refund the amount paid, after informing the customer.
8. Shipping Costs
Luzmaikalo currently offers free shipping for orders placed within the available delivery zones.
The conditions, deadlines, and possible incidents related to transportation are regulated in our Shipping Policy.
9. Purchase Process
To make a purchase, the customer must:
- Select the product and, when applicable, the size, color, or variant.
- Add the product to the cart.
- Provide the requested contact, billing, and delivery information.
- Select one of the available payment methods.
- Review and confirm the order.
Before finalizing the purchase, the customer can check the selected products, the total price, and the shipping information.
Once the order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation at the email address provided.
10. Order Acceptance
Automatic receipt of the purchase request does not necessarily imply definitive acceptance of the order.
Luzmaikalo may verify product availability, payment validity, and the provided data before definitively confirming the transaction.
Solaris Vogue may reject or cancel orders in cases such as:
- Lack of product availability.
- Obvious errors in price or description.
- Inability to verify or authorize payment.
- Incomplete, incorrect, or presumably fraudulent delivery data.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, unauthorized resale, or abusive use of the website.
When a paid order is canceled by Luzmaikalo, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method used.
11. Payment Methods
The customer may use the payment methods enabled during the purchase process.
Payments are managed through secure payment service providers. Luzmaikalo does not directly store the complete bank card data used during the purchase.
The order will not be considered correctly paid until the payment has been authorized by the corresponding entity or platform.
12. Security and Fraud Prevention
Luzmaikalo may perform reasonable checks to prevent fraudulent operations or unauthorized use of payment methods.
When necessary, we may request additional information to verify the buyer's identity or the legitimacy of the transaction.
If such verification cannot be completed, the order may be suspended or canceled and the amount paid will be refunded.
13. Order Preparation and Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from the preparation or dispatch of the order. Shipments to the Canary Islands may require additional time.
These times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond Luzmaikalo's control, such as carrier incidents, periods of high demand, weather conditions, logistical controls, or force majeure events.

14. Delivery Address
The customer must provide a complete, correct, and accessible delivery address.
Luzmaikalo will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
If you detect an error in the address, you must immediately write to info.luzmaikalo.com@gmail.com.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be modified.
15. Split Orders
When an order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages for operational or availability reasons.
The customer may receive different tracking numbers, and the packages may be delivered on different dates, without incurring additional cost.
16. Order Cancellation
The customer may request to cancel an order by contacting Luzmaikalo as soon as possible.
We can only guarantee cancellation if the order has not yet begun to be prepared or processed.
If the order is already being prepared, processed, or shipped, the customer must wait to receive it and then process its return according to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
17. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within the applicable legal period, without needing to justify their decision.
In addition to the minimum legal period, Luzmaikalo offers a commercial return policy of up to 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order, provided that the conditions established in our Returns and Refunds Policy are met.
Except in case of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped product, return costs will be borne by the customer.
To request a return, the customer must write to info.luzmaikalo.com@gmail.com and await instructions and the corresponding return address.
Products should not be sent without prior authorization.
18. Size Changes
Luzmaikalo does not offer direct size exchanges.
If the customer needs a different size, they must request a return of the item and place a new order, subject to stock availability.
19. Defective or Incorrect Products
If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or different product from the one ordered, they must notify info.luzmaikalo.com@gmail.com as soon as possible.
The communication must include:
- Order number.
- Description of the incident.
- Photographs or videos showing the problem.
When it is confirmed that the product has a defect or that an incorrect item has been sent, Luzmaikalo will bear the reasonable costs necessary to resolve the incident.
20. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Products sold by Luzmaikalo are subject to the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Spanish consumer and user regulations.
A product will be considered conforming when it matches the description, presents the qualities offered, and is suitable for the usual uses of products of the same type.
The legal guarantee is independent of the 30-day commercial return policy and does not limit the legally recognized rights of the consumer.
21. Refunds
When a refund is due, it will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer.
The time it takes for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the bank or payment method provider.

22. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotions will be subject to the conditions indicated in each campaign.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Multiple discount codes cannot be combined in a single order.
- Codes will have a limited duration.
- They cannot be exchanged for cash.
- They cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.
Luzmaikalo may cancel a promotion if there is an obvious error, fraudulent use, or abuse of its conditions.
23. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content on the website, including texts, photographs, designs, logos, images, graphics, videos, trade names, structure, and code, is protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.
It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or exploit these contents without prior written authorization from Luzmaikalo or the corresponding owner.
24. Permitted Use of the Website
The user agrees to use the website lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully.
It is prohibited to:
- Use the website for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will limit or exclude the inalienable rights recognized to the consumer by applicable law.

28. Electronic Communications
By making a purchase, the customer agrees to receive the necessary communications to manage the order, such as confirmations, shipping updates, incidents, returns, and refunds.
Commercial communications will only be sent when there is a valid legal basis and can be canceled using the unsubscribe mechanism available in each communication.
29. Modification of Terms and Conditions
Luzmaikalo may modify these Terms and Conditions when necessary to adapt them to legal, technical, operational, or commercial changes.
Modifications will not retroactively affect previously confirmed orders.
The applicable version will be the one published on the website at the time of purchase.
30. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by Spanish law and by applicable European regulations.
If the buyer is a consumer, any dispute will be resolved before the courts and tribunals that correspond according to consumer and user protection regulations.
Nothing in these conditions will limit the imperative rights corresponding to the consumer.
